Having worked in many different restaurants he has been able to understand many diverse types of cooking and prides himself on his ability to fuse Asian and European cuisine to create unique and delicious dishes.
Their amazing food was recently honoured at the highest level by the British Curry Awards. Vantage were shortlisted as one of the best restaurants in the whole of the South East of England. Vantage’s owner believes that the restaurants fantastic success comes not only from the high quality of food that they serve but also the fine dining experience offered by Vantage. Vantage prides themselves on being part of the local community, from their sponsorship of local Football Team ‘Totternhoe FC’ to their annual fundraisers which has seen them raise nearly £2000 for local charities. Including Keech Cottage, NICU (The neonatal intensive care unit at the L&D Hospital). This year they will be working in conjunction with the Mayor of Dunstable to raise money for another local cause
